PARKING PLACES

If there are no more parking spaces available at the house during your stay, you will find the local underground car park about 200m away, where you can safely park your car for a fee.

Our prices are calculated per apartment for occupancy with 2 persons. Additional extra beds are available on request.

CHILDREN AND MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY
The Fiakerhof is ideal for families with children. Here you can find our children’s prices and the price for extra occupancy:

DOGS
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends at our Fiakerhof for 15,00 EUR per night (excluding food). For the cleanliness of your four-legged friends, dog towels and bags are available right next to the main entrance.

CITY TAX
The listed room prices are plus visitor’s tax, which is charged by the city of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

CHECK-IN FROM 3 P.M.
Our headquarter, the Fiakerhof, and the new hotel of the Erhardt’s, the Werdenfelserei, are a good team and work closely together. That’s why we welcome you on your arrival at the Werdenfelserei, Alleestraße 28, at the hotel reception with a refreshing welcome drink and all information for your stay.

Here you can reach us personally and by phone at +49 8821 6869390 until 10 pm every day during your vacation. Should you not arrive at the Hotel Werdenfelserei or late in the evening, please contact us in advance. Then we will gladly leave your room key directly at the Fiakerhof.

PAYMENT
In order to confirm your dream vacation at the Fiakerhof, we ask you to make a deposit of 30% of the overnight stay by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can also send us your credit card details in order to make a debit of the down payment. This amount will be deducted from your total bill. You will receive further information on this in your reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the current situation, we have adjusted our cancellation policy for reservations until April 24, 2022, for you.

Up to 14 days before arrival there are no cancellation fees.
From 14 days before arrival, as well as in case of late arrival and early departure, 80% of the booking price will be charged.

For stays after April 25, 2022, our regular cancellation conditions apply again:
Up to one month before arrival there are no cancellation fees.
From 30 days before arrival and no-show, 80% of the booking price will be charged.
