PARKING FACILITIES

We have one free parking space per rented vacation apartment directly at the house. In addition, you will find further parking facilities within walking distance and about 200m away from the local underground car park, where you can safely park your car for a fee.

Our prices are calculated per apartment for occupancy with 2 persons. Additional extra beds are possible on request.

CHILDREN AND MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY
The Fiakerhof is ideally suited for families with children. Here you will find our prices for children and the price for multiple occupancies:

Child up to 5 years | 12 EUR per night
Child up to 10 years | 18 EUR per night
Child up to 15 years | 24 EUR per night
16 years and older | 35 EUR per night
Adults | 35 EUR per night

DOGS
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends at the Fiakerhof at 15 EUR per night (excluding food). For the cleanliness of your four-legged friends, dog towels and bags are available right next to the main entrance.

VISITORS TAX
The listed room rates are valid plus visitor’s tax, which is charged by the market of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

SHORT BOOKING
for short bookings, we charge the normal final cleaning, with no further surcharge.

CHECK-IN FROM 3 PM
Our parent hotel, the Fiakerhof, and the Erhardts’ new hotel, the Werdenfelserei, are a good team and work closely together. Therefore, when you arrive at the Werdenfelserei, Alleestraße 28, we will welcome you at the hotel reception with a refreshing welcome drink and all the information you need for your stay.

Here we are also available during your vacation daily until 10 pm in person and by phone at +49 8821 6869390. If you do not arrive at the Hotel Werdenfelserei or arrive late in the evening, please contact us in advance. Then we will be happy to leave your room key directly at the Fiakerhof.

PAYMENT
In order to confirm your dream vacation at the Fiakerhof, we ask you to make a down payment of 30% of the overnight stay by bank transfer. Alternatively, you are welcome to send us your credit card details in order to make a debit of the deposit amount. This amount will be deducted from your total bill. You will receive further information on this in your reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For direct bookings:
Up to 8 days before arrival there are no cancellation fees.
From 8 days before arrival, as well as for late arrival and early departure, 80% of the booking price will be charged.

For bookings via portals:
Up to 15 days prior to arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
From 15 days before arrival, as well as in the event of late arrival and early departure, 80% of the booking price will be charged.
